I support people in a wide variety of life situations and with a wide range of concerns: relationship conflicts, separation, exhaustion, self-esteem issues, anxiety, decision-making pressure, or the desire for greater inner clarity and self-realization. Issues such as aging, career transitions, or a general search for meaning can also be a focus.
In addition to the broad spectrum of psychosocial counseling topics, two particular focuses of my work are supporting adult children from families with alcohol problems and counseling on issues of sexual orientation. Both of these topics often involve deep-rooted inner conflicts, questions about one's own identity, emotional trauma, and complex relationship patterns. I work in these areas with particular professional depth, many years of experience, and a mindful eye for biographical contexts.
Each consultation is individualized, guided by respect, openness, and the conviction that development is possible when space is created for what wants to be seen and understood. The methodology applied is always tailored to the needs and capabilities of the client: flexible, mindful, and solution-oriented.
My offer is aimed at everyone who wants to clarify, change or strengthen something in their life, regardless of the topic or phase of life.

Appointments are binding.
In case of illness or emergency, an appointment can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no cost. In case of last-minute cancellation, unexcused absence, or lateness, the session will be charged in full, even in cases of illness.
Since the costs for my consultations are not covered by health insurance, my services are aimed at self-paying clients.
the place
Appointments can take place in the practice's offices in Winterthur or Zurich, online, at the company's location, or even during a walk in nature. Rates for longer walks and/or other meeting or consultation locations are available upon request.
